Core Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating sales material for sales preparation and success
  • Working towards monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
  • Demonstrating and presenting products/solutions to customers
  • Attending trade exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and meetings
  • Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits
  • Responsible to generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Responsible for follow-up, finalize and close deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery of high-quality products or services.
  • Need to maintain high level of confidentiality.
  • Monthly reports on sales activities, leads, and customer feedback.
  • Maintain proper customer database and leads follow-up using appropriate tools.
  • Related organizational duties such as appointment, coordinating meetings, minutes of meetings, filing, etc.
  • Any Other Cognate Duties

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma holder
  • Minimum 2 years experience
  • Computer Literate (Proficient in Microsoft Office)
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Customer-service oriented
