Sales and Admin assistant

Core Responsibilities
- Assist in creating sales material for sales preparation and success
- Working towards monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
- Demonstrating and presenting products/solutions to customers
- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and meetings
- Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits
- Responsible to generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Responsible for follow-up, finalize and close deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery of high-quality products or services.
- Need to maintain high level of confidentiality.
- Monthly reports on sales activities, leads, and customer feedback.
- Maintain proper customer database and leads follow-up using appropriate tools.
- Related organizational duties such as appointment, coordinating meetings, minutes of meetings, filing, etc.
- Any Other Cognate Duties
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma holder
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Computer Literate (Proficient in Microsoft Office)
- Fluent in English and French.
- Strong negotiation skills
- Customer-service oriented
