Discovery - Client meeting
We work with clients to understand their business and merge their initial concept with our team's proposals. We assess the possible challenges outlined by the client and identify the ways to overcome them.
Features & Architecture
We establish what features go into building a specific product/application and how they will work together. We, consequently, draft a skeletal framework for the said application in the form of wireframes.
Design
We accommodate for feedback and reviews during the wireframing and design phases of the project. When it comes to first impressions, we understand how it's all about the look; the design. We are passionate about quality design and, upon approval, we design all screens corresponding to their respective wireframes.
Development
The development process is broken down into steps based on the features list. Our agile-based development process will allow you to regularly review and assess what we are building.
Quality Assurance
We have strict testing and quality assurance standards and our in-house Q&A team vets all applications that are deployed. Our Quality Assurance team tests the app after each development sprint and once all major functionalities are implemented, we then prepare a Beta Build.
Launch
After putting a Beta Build through a final round of QA and refinements, we achieve a successful Release Candidate Build. We can either submit the app to a digital distribution service (App Store/Google Play) or hand over the resources you need to do it yourself.
